    摘要: 中文摘要 邁入二十一世紀的同時,節約能源並提高能源的使用效率是一重要課題,而熱交換器又廣泛被應用在各種能源設備中,所以如能提高熱交換器熱傳效率,對提高能源使用率會有很大的幫助。 文獻上對於熱交換器幾何結構所做的探討很多,但少有考慮流體性質對熱交換器的影響,所以本研究模擬兩個不同溫度之逆向流流體以層性全展流在雙管式熱交換器與板式熱交換器中做熱交換,利用數值分析並自撰Fortran程式求其溫度流場變化,並與熱傳教材上忽略流體黏度與熱傳係數,而求得解析解的溫度曲線做比較。 本研究中使用四種潤滑油R90、R115、R150、R320和水為熱流體與冷流體水做熱交換;熱流體水與冷流體水之熱交換作為比較組。模擬結果發現,教材上忽略流體黏度與熱傳係數之熱傳效率較高;此外,潤滑油與比較組比較結果,黏度近於零的水比潤滑油有較佳的熱傳效率。因此我們可以知道黏度係數低或不考慮流體黏度與熱傳係數的流體其熱傳效率較佳。
    Abstract On the brink of the 21st century, to cut down energy consumption and to make more efficient of energy utility is an issue of huge concern. The heat exchanger have been so broadly applied to diverse energy-related equipments that to enhance the heat transfer efficiency of the heat exchanger will do great good to improve the energy use rate. Although there have been many investigations on the geometric configuration of hear exchanger in the existing literature, there were only few papers considered the influence of fluid properties on hear exchanger. The objective of the present research is to simulate two reverse direction fluids with different temperature and viscosity, in fully developed laminar form, which transfer heat in concentric annuli and plate heat exchanger, respectively, and to obtain the temperature change of flow field through numerical analysis using FORTRAN language, and then to make comparison with analytic solution curve of temperature which neglects the fluid viscosity and heat transfer coefficient shown in the general text books . By makes use of 4 kinds of lubricators R90, R115, R150, and R320, plus hot water, as hot fluid to do heat exchange with cold water; in which hot water is served as comparison case, it is found from the simulation results that the heat transfer efficiency of the ideal case is more higher than others. Besides, comparing these 4 lubricator cases to the comparison case respectively shows that the hot water, for its viscosity close to zero, has better heat transfer efficiency than any lubricator. It is concludes that the intermediate fluid with low or near zero viscosity has better heat transfer efficiency.
