    Abstract: 我們外加反射鏡,以光回饋的方式窄化1.5μm分布回饋型半導體雷射的線寬。利用Delayed self-homodyne方法,測得其線寬可減至100kHz。我們也測量不同回饋量和腔長對線寬的關係,並在固定雷射溫度和電流之下,利用改變外腔長度示範了雷射頻率4GHz的連續調整。最後,我們將雷射頻率穩在乙炔分子的吸收譜線中心,相對頻率穩定度在2000秒內可達到2.32 ×10-9。
    We have used the optical feedback from a mirror to reduce the linewidth of 1.5μm distributed-feedback diode laser to 100 kHz, which was determined from the Delayed self-homodyne method. Also the variation of linewidth-narrowing characteristics with different amounts of optical feedback and cavity length were studied, and continuous frequency tuning of 4 GHz by changing cavity length with constant current and temperature was demonstrated. Frequency stabilization was also studied by using absorption of acetylene molecules, and relative frequency stability of 2.32 ×10-9 for an average time of 2000 seconds was achieved.
