本論文探討以雷尼鎳觸媒與A型、B型、C型的Ni-Al-X觸媒加氫催化己二?生成己二胺。主要分為兩部分,第一部分先用市售的雷尼鎳觸媒在高壓攪拌反應器下找出最佳反應條件,然後以此反應條件用於A型、B型、C型的Ni-Al-X觸媒作比較,結果顯示C型Ni-Al-X觸媒是最理想的催化劑,然後用C型Ni-Al-X觸媒做第二部分固定床反應器的探討,再以X射線繞射儀(XRD)分析晶體結構,熱場發射掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)分析觸媒粒子表面型態,能量散射光譜儀(EDS)分析觸媒結構元素比例。 本研究在第一部分以市售雷尼鎳觸媒找出最好的反應條件,己二胺產率可達98.57%,然後以此最佳條件做A型、B型、C型的Ni-Al-X觸媒作比較。A型Ni-Al-X觸媒之己二胺產率3.14%,B型Ni-Al-X觸媒之己二胺產率23.81%,C型Ni-Al-X觸媒之己二胺產率85.26%,然後以此結果做第二部分C型Ni-Al-X觸媒固定床反應器,其己二胺產率可達91.98%。 This thesis used Raney nickel catalyst and A–type、B–type、C-type Ni-Al-X catalysts for hydrogenation of adiponitrile to hexamethylenediamine. It includes two parts. The first part is the use of commercially available Raney nickel catalysts in a high-pressure and stirred reactor to find optimum condition,then this reaction condition was used for A-type、 B-type、C-type Ni-Al-X catalysts.The results showed that C-type Ni-Al-X was the best catalyst. C-type Ni-Al-X catalyst was then used in a fixed-bed reactor.The catalysts were analyzed by XRD、TFSEM、EDS. In the first part, optimum condition,diamine yield of 98.57%. Then this optimum condition for A-type、 B-type、C-type Ni-Al-X catalysts for comparison. Catalysts amount of 10g,diamine yield 3.14%of A-type Ni-Al-X catalyst,diamine yield 23.81% of B-type Ni-Al-X catalyst,diamine yield 85.26% of C-type Ni-Al-X catalyst. Then C-type Ni-Al-X catalyst for the second part of fixed-bed reactor,catalysts amount of 70g,diamine yield of 91.98%.
