Since《Global Views Monthly》Magazine promoted the CSR, Taiwan Corporation's degree of dedication and actual implementation towards social responsibility has increased. The aftermath of the financial crisis, which resulted in global economic recession, has also prompted international organizations and individual governments to gradually set up regulations to prompt corporations to value the importance of social responsibility. Corporations are also aware that shouldering social responsibility is the corner stone for corporations' continuing advancement. This thesis explores the case study on Delta's leader's view on ethics and the co-relation between corporate social responsibility contributions and organization performance. Also from here, to understand that majority of corporations, at start of business, do comply with regulations as basic principle, and when products are exported overseas, compliance with the local regulations becomes mandatory in order to get more orders from big customers. As such, within the regulations' confine, corporations will, based on available resources then, systematically engage in struturing social responsibility implementation, and gradually improve corporations' internal management strategy, and gather support from internal and external stakeholders, aiming to upgrade corporate image. When corporations have operated steadily after many years, other than breaking records on operation performance, the biggest changes would be engagement in social responsibility. |
