近年來,台灣光電產業毛利率持續降低,對此企業為增強其競爭力所在,無不力求創新,且積極為創新找到市場價值所在,將其轉化成具有市場價值的產品或服務,讓顧客感受到高價值,企業得以永續經營下去。但是,企業如何從最初的技術構想階段,往下走到產品設計、產品製造、推廣上市,直到最後的營運獲利階段呢?於此,本研究欲探索在不同的組織文化之管理情境與ISO作業模式下,推行知識管理於技術商業化程序中的影響,此乃本研究之探索重點。本研究之目的整理,茲分述如下:(1) 探討企業將知識管理應用在技術商業化程序的影響(2) 探究組織文化型態對企業推行知識管理的影響(3) 探究使用ISO 9000的作業模式對推行知識管理的影響(4) 在技術商業化程序上以ISO 9000之作業建構一套以知識管理為導向的參考模型針對研究目的,本研究以個案研究為主軸,採深度訪談法和內容分析法進行資料蒐集與分析,並根據立意抽樣選取光電產業內太陽能、LED與面板三大族群為研究對象。 本研究結果發現:(1)企業推行KM最大的目的在於「知識或經驗的傳承與分享」;(2)以「儲存與發展企業的核心能力」和「提高部門組織的創新能力」對KM推行於技術商業化程序中之效益較為顯著;(3)以「理性文化」與「發展文化」對KM推行於技術商業化程序中之效益認同度較高;(4)以ISO 9000之「量測、分析與改善」與「產品實現」對KM推行於技術商業化程序中之效益較為顯著;(5)推行KM於技術商業化的五個程序中,效益均達「良好」之上,其中以「產品製造」階段的效益最為顯著。最後,本研究依據ISO 9000實務作業模式,推論得出「技術商業化週期」之理論意涵,同時以ISO 9000的角度建構一套具有管理意涵之參考模型,供企業參考。 As the margin of Taiwan's optoelectronics industry is decreasing recently, enterprises have to innovate and redefine its market value in order to enhance the competitiveness. Therefore, enterprises must make customers realize what value they can provide and need to transfer the innovation and make it realizable. That being so, inducing our curiosity is how to run the process of taking a new product/service from development to market under the different organizational cultures and mode of operations. This study is to discuss the impact of what organizational culture and ISO mode of operation to knowledge management in the process of technology commercialization. The purpose of this study is as follows: (1) The impact of knowledge management applying in the process of technology commercialization.(2) The impact of the types of organizational culture to knowledge management.(3) The impact of the operating mode of ISO 9000 to knowledge management(4) A model which is built based on the concept of ISO 9000 with knowledge management-orientation. Whereas the purposes, this research is written by multiple cases researching method to present the implementation of knowledge management in the process of technology commercialization. Moreover, it adopts in-depth interview to explore any possible information and content analysis to analyze the meaning of these conversation. For the objects of this study, we picked three groups out from Taiwan’s optoelectronics industry by purposive sampling. The results showed that: (1) the main purpose to enterprises implementing KM is “inheriting/ sharing knowledge or experiences”; (2) "memory/develop the enterprise’ core competence" and "improving the ability of innovation " are significant to the implementation of KM in the process of Technology commercialization; (3) "Rational Culture" and " development culture " have more significant approval to the implementation of KM in the process of technology commercialization; (4) "Measurement, analysis and improvement " and " Product realization " are more benefit to the implementation of KM in the process of technology commercialization; (5)The five performances of KM within five procedures of technology commercialization have all reached a good level. Among them, the manufacturing stage, it has the most significant outcome.In the end, this study infers the conclusion from the operation of ISO 9000 and makes a drawing of "technology commercialization cycle" with theoretical implications. In the meantime, this study also provides a general ideal of model with managerial implications from ISO 9000 point of view.
