    Abstract: 在現今競爭越來越激烈的市場裡,企業為了不斷滿足消費者需求的多樣化與善變,就得持續開發新產品。而如何確保開發的新產品能獲得較好的績效,成?企業最在乎與關?的議題。新產品的開發過程會受到外部市場與企業內部門間合作等眾多因素影響,因此在新產品開發的各個階段中,面對不同的問題,該怎麼思考?思考的要素有哪些?就成了本研究想探討的課題。回顧過去文獻,有許多對新產品開發的研究,但大多著重於不同階段與構面的深入探討,較少以全面性的方式進行研究,故本研究整理與歸納以往過去學者理論,將新產品開發流程分為市場、跨部門討論、訂定目標成本、資料分析、績效衡量、試產、推出市場等七個構面,依不同構面進行探討與說明,並運用文獻案例,針對汽車業與筆記型電腦業之新產品開發的個案實際作法與影響因素進行整理與歸納,藉此找出新產品開發過程,該如何思考與需注意的重點有哪些,供欲進行新產品開發等相關企業參考。
    In the increasingly competitive market, companies need to continually develop new products to meet customer demand for diversity and novelty. How to ensure the development of new products to obtain better performance is the issue enterprises care about most. New product development process is subject to external market and inter-enterprise cooperation and many other factors. At various stages of new product development how to think about different problems and what elements to consider became the main issues for this study to explore. In the past literature, there are many studies on new product development, but most focused on different stages respectively and explored the dimensions in depth and less researched with a comprehensive approach. This study attempted to collect and summarize previous theories and divide the new product development process into seven dimensions such as the market, departmental discussion, target cost setting, data analysis, performance measurement, trial production, and the market. Each of the dimensions was carefully defined and explained. Cases from the previous literature were used to explore the automotive industry and notebook computer industry's new product development practices and factors affecting the actual cases. The purpose was to synthesize and identify the key elements and issues involved in the new product development processes. The result will be a practical reference for the enterprises which want to produce a new product.
