摘要:	台灣真空鍍膜產業的發展年代已久，產業鏈中對於各種類型的鍍膜設備需求更是日益劇增；宏觀目前台灣蓬勃發展的科技產業中，無論是在半導體，太陽能，平面顯示器，觸控面板，手持式電子產品等產業領域，對真空鍍膜設備的需求都是很高的。但是台灣的真空鍍膜設備產業，事實上在大多數的高科技產業中往往只能分食到一小部分的零組件或是備品耗材等市場，有一些產業如平面顯示器產業，國內設備廠商甚至完全沒有辦法切入。然而台灣每年卻不斷有新的真空鍍膜設備公司成立，而這些設備公司的經營策略為何，是否有新技術或是其它的特殊核心能力，是否因此而造成產業利潤下滑或是競爭激烈的狀況。 The development of vacuum coating industry in Taiwan is already for a long time, and the application of each type's coating equipment is day by day sharp increased. For example, in the semiconductor industry, solar cell industry, FPD industry, Touch Panel industry, and handhold electronic products, the demand of the vacuum coating equipment are very strongly. But Taiwan's vacuum coating equipment industry, often can only get a little of the earning from the high-tech industry. In fact, the most material and technology are controlled by the foreign company. There are many new vacuum coating equipment companies to be established in recent years. What’s the strategy of these equipment companies? If any new technology or other special core competencies, and therefore cause the profit decreased and the intense competitive condition.This study is based on the case methodology, and the anylysed objects are one in-line sputtering equipment maker company J and two of the IPO companies in Taiwan. To observe and analyze the business strategy of these companies and the supply chain from these companies. Expect that this study shall be a general business strategy for the in-line sputtering equipment industry in Taiwan.
