Abstract:	在都市發展脈絡面臨重劃的當下，土地先經過重劃但未更新之前所執行的道路規劃，爾後在更新時出現了因計劃重複或交疊所產生的都市問題，在都市持續處於發展的狀態下，有相同性質的都市問題將會不斷的發生。　在此一前提下，土地使用在更新時常被不可控制力（比如：政治力、經濟力等）置入機能和性質，其中有著不可被過度開發特性的河岸空間經常被利用，因此空間出現新的複層關係，這樣獨特的關係在都市以停車空間、居民活動中心等形式出現，問題在於，一個都市在發展的進程中是否該如此封閉的對待〝都市中的水〞。或者，此種關係是可以被打開的，並具有因引導、滲入而形成公共空間的一種新動態機制。　本論文分析台中舊市區在道路發展與都市中的水（柳川）脈絡在重劃的衝突上所產生的使用行為、都市污染與節點，討論此種類別的基地如何透過建築操作，產生新的變形。以及都市中的水從排水溝打開到平面上在構造的形成上對於都市環境及其意義的轉譯。　設計上利用以柳川河岸空間興建的中華停車場，移植水生植物介入，重新架構與強化其內容。在設計操作上，面對基地脈絡，對應中華停車場，重新計劃停車系統，使低使用率的停車場變為特殊的建築類型，並創造新的公共空間經驗，提出對都市複層不同的思維。　At this moment of reorganize urban development pattern, land was reorganized but not executed. While urban truly need to renew their program, it comes lot of issues cause program before covered by each other. At this situation that urban constantly develop, discussion of similar urban issue will never end.　From this thesis, land functions always been planted into different usages and characteristics by some uncontrollable authorities like policies or economics. River side area which is not appropriate for over constructed turns out developed a lot, therefore many programed layers in one site over here. Unique space like this always exist like parking area or community center. Problem is, should we treat "Water in Urban" like this in the process of urban development? or, this relationship could be wild open, and become a new moveable mechanism public space through our guide and penetration. 　My Thesis analysis the behavior, pollution, nodes from water in urban reprogram conflict in Taichung's old urban space (Liou-River). Through discuss how to create con-structure on this kind of site, and generate new building form. Also try to release water in the gutter and translate the meaning forward to urban environment.　From my design I try to build a parking lot exploit the river space nearby, transplant water-like vegetation involved, reconstructed and enforced ingredients. Face the site context, reprogramed parking lot system, make low-use rate parking lot into special building type, and create new public space experiences, bring out different thoughts of urban layers.
