本文介紹一個新的維修/更換模式。此模式包含和推廣傳統的最小維修 (minimal repain)觀念和年限更換(age replacement)模式。除此之外,並限制每個 元件最多只能容忍一次最小維修。本研究的重點在指出,可以經由最小維修過 程(minimal repair process)系統化的計算出模式的目標涵數(objective function)一 長期平均單位時間期望成本(average expevted cost per unit time over an infinite time horizon),另也提出一組最佳狀況存在之充分修件。 In this article. a new repair/replacement model is introduced. This new model incorporates the classical notions of minimal repair and age replacement. In addition, it is assumed that a unit can tolerate at most one minimal repair. It is shown that the objective function for this model, the average expected cost per unit time over an infinite time horizon, can be sysematically derived via the 'minimal repair process'. A sufficient set of optimization conditions is also obtained.
