本研究是針對醫療人力體系中,最為關鍵,對病人影響最直接的醫師人員,以其 個人屬性、工作壓力和離職傾向為研究變項。藉以探討其間之關係,以作為日後甄選醫師 人員,提供各醫院人事管理和輔導的參考。所用的有效樣本係以醫院的現職醫師人員共134 名,本研究所使用之測量工具共分為三個部份,包括"個人基本資料表"、"工作壓力測驗 量表"、及"離職傾向測驗量表"。根據所得數據進行統計分析,結果顯示離職傾向與婚姻 、年資、扶養人數等三個人口統計變項有顯著差異。血型與工作壓力、離職傾向間無顯著 差異。研究結果顯示,同為醫護人員,醫師人員整體壓力之平均分數較護理人員為高。在 相關分析方面,工作壓力各構面皆與離職傾向呈現顯著的正相關,且工作壓力越是大的醫師 人員其越有可能離開這組織。 The purposes of this study was to investigate the relationship between the Work Stress and Turnover Trend. 134 medical doctors in Taiwan area participated in this study. The work Stress Test and Turnover Trend Test have been used in this investigation. The results of this study are as following: (1). Statistically significant difference was found among three personal attribution and turnover-trend. (2). Statistically significant positive correlation was found between work stress and turnover of medical doctors. And (3). The result reconfirmed that the greater work-stress the higher turnover trend.
