    Abstract:      於品質管制應用上,Shehart-?? 管制圖對於製程平均變動較大(如超過平均 2 倍 標準差)之偵測能力較好, 但是對於製程平均變動較小(如偏離平均 1.5 倍標準差或更小 )之偵測,相對則較不敏感。本研究選擇工業統計上常用之珈瑪分配,以未轉換之原始資料 建立一指數加權移動平均管制圖(簡稱 EWMA 管制圖), 另以不同的轉換技術, 包括 Box-Cox 冪次轉換及三種信號雜訊比 (SNS, SNL 及 SNN) 轉換方法, 將原始資料轉換後再 分別建立 EWMA 管制圖, 稱為修正型 EWMA 管制圖, 比較 Shehart-?? 與 EWMA 管制圖及 EWMA 管制圖與修正型 EWMA 管制圖之優劣,並研究轉換技術之適用情形。 給予不同權數測 試後, 希望藉由 EWMA 管制圖或修正型 EWMA 管制圖解決偏態母體(以珈瑪分配為例 ) 在 製程平均變動較小之偵測問題。 統計模擬結果證實, 在製程平均變數較小之情況下,EWMA 管制圖的確比 Shehart-?? 管制圖有較佳之偵測能力; 然而若是將偏態母體適當轉換,顯示 經由 Box-Cox 冪次轉換所得之修正型 EWMA 管制圖在偵測製程平均變動小於 1.25 倍(甚 至小於 1 倍)標準差時,確實有非常不錯的偵測能力。
         Since Shewhart-?? control chart, in general, is relatively insensitive to small shifts in the process, this study is to propose a modified EWMA control chart which possesses better performance in detecting small process shift of skewed populations than EWMA and Shewhart-?? control.charts. The results of statistical simulation show that, after the operation of Box-Cox power transformation, the α -risk and β -risk of modified EWMA control charts are indeed less than those of EWMA and Shewhart-?? charts especially in the case with process mean shifting slightly from the specified value, Besides, in-control and out-of-control average run lengths (ARLs) are also discussed in this paper.
