Abstract:	卡式缺陷樹分析圖 (Fault Tree Analysis with Addition of Card; 簡稱 FTAA C) 的探討與應用是將傳統的缺陷樹分析圖 (FTA) 結合腦力激盪法 (BS) 及日本近年來大力推行的新 QC 七工具中的 KJ 法（或稱親和圖）加以融合而成。傳統的 FTA 在分析後並未妥為留下記錄，而 FTAAC 由於充分活用卡片並利用顏色卡加以層別，有助於知識的儲存，除有警示作用外，亦可有效解決類似問題或新問題的發生。 FTAAC 並不是一種新方法，而是嚐試想開發有效的「技術」，以期用來解決品管或可靠度方面的問題。　　　　　FTAAC (Fault Tree Analysis with addition Card) is combined of FTA (Fau lt Tree analysis) and BS (Brain storming) as well as KJ. Especially KJ is a Kind of New QC 7 tools which has been developed by Japan. The traditional FTA didn't remain any records after discussion and analysis. Due to the use of cards and classification of colors, FTAAC is helpful to store the discussion Knowledge. Besides Pointing out the key factors, it also help us to work out either new or similar problems efficiently. FTAAC is not a new method instead of trying to develop effective skills and con cepts to solve the problems which occurred in QC or Reliability fields.
