臺中市道路之景觀美質,採用 SBE 法評估。再藉多元迴歸分析,得到一個包含 7 個變項的預測模式,對道路之景觀美質具有頗高之解釋能力( R square=0.7860*** )。 ;道路沿線之景觀美質與近景喬木的量體是正相關,與招牌數目、車輛及人面積、近景硬體 面積、遠景硬體面積、近景建物面積與遠景建物面積等 6 因子均呈負相關。 經由此結果, 可以說明臺中市道路沿線之人為植栽(近景喬木),對增進道路之景觀美質最具正面影響力 。 Aesthetic values of the landscape along the urban street on Taichung were determined with the scenic beauty estimation method and correlation analysis. By using multiple regression analysis, we found the predictive model included seven effective and statistically significant theoretical and intuitive visual factors. The model had a high predictive power (R square=0.7860***). A best multiple regression model used these seven attributes as independent variables to predict the SBE values. The resulting model suggested that the area of near tree (man-made planting) was positively associated with scenic beauty, the number of shop sign, the area of car and buildings were negatively associated.
