本研究採敘事研究取向，以作者本身為研究對象，透過作者自述自小到現在的超常意識經驗與宗教探索經驗的內容，研究這些經驗對作者生命的影響。本研究要探究的是，(一)這些超常意識經驗在作者本身的內在世界的歷程和本質描述(二)這些內在經驗對作者本身的意義為何? (三)這些內在經驗對作者生命歷程發生了什麼影響? (四)作者在經歷了生命歷程以及宗教之旅之後，在完成論文的過程之中，對這些經驗以及自己生命歷程有什麼新的理解與展望? 本研究對作者超個人意識經驗、宗教旅程與自我成長經驗進行自述、理解、解釋與探究。研究結論:(一)超常意識經驗會影響到一個人的情感、工作的選擇和自我認同(二)經歷過超個人經驗者，如果對超常意識不了解，會產生困擾與適應上的難題(三)超個人經驗具有普遍性，能夠帶領人們自我成長研究建議:(一)國內需要更多對夢、意識的研究(二)生命教育與宗教教育的重要性(三)宗教教育中應該加入宗教經驗的通則概念關鍵詞: 超個人經驗、宗教經驗、夢、前世、潛意識 This research is employed with self-narrative approach. The focus of the research is on the content of the researcher’s own transpersonal experiences and religious journey. This research seeks to find out the influence of these experiences on the researcher’s life.In this research, the researcher intended to explore:1.The inner process and the description of the essence of the researcher’s own transpersonal experiences2.The meaning of the transpersonal experiences to the researcher3.What kind of influences these inner experiences have on the researcher’s path of life4.After going through the life experience and religious journey, what new interpretations and expectations the researcher have toward her own life and past experiences in the process of writing this thesis?Conclusions of the research:1.Transpersonal experiences can influence a person’s emotions、behaviors in choosing jobs and self-identification2.When a person has transpersonal experiences，he/ she needs to have the knowledge about it, or else these experiences would cause him/her confusions and difficulties in adapting.3.Transpersonal experiences have generality，they could lead people to their own personal growthSuggestions of this research:1.There should be more research on dreams and consciousness in the future2.The importance of life education and religion education3.The general rules of religious experiences should be included in the religion education
