本研究主要目的為觀察與分析,1980年代以來的第三波靈恩運動,對台灣基督長老教會產生的影響。為了清晰的展現第三波靈恩運動對台灣長老教會的影響,特別以成立已達二十八年,位於台北市的榮星基督長老教會的轉型,作為觀察與分析的個案。本研究使用質性的研究設計,資料來源除了對該教會的專職與平信徒領袖進行深度訪談、參與觀察教會禮拜聚會、小組聚會和各種事工活動,並且蒐集歷年教會之會員大會手冊與週報等文件資料等;其中深度訪談是本研究的最主要的分析資料來源。 本研究的結果顯示,促成台北榮星基督長老教會轉型成為靈恩教會的主要因素包括:(一) 信徒領袖與靈恩運動相關的國內外社會網絡;(二) 教會成員體驗靈恩經驗所形成的集體意識;(三) 教會在轉型成靈恩教會過程中,教會增長經驗對教會領袖產生的再強化效果。本研究也發現,靈恩經驗對台北榮星長老教會的運作產生實質的影響,這些影響包括:教會聚會型態與內容的改變;教會靈恩神學觀的改變;以及教會由傳統的代議體制轉型為小組教會體制。 The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the Third Wave Movement on the Presbyterian Church in Taiwan. In order to explore the influencial process of the Third Wave Movement on local Presbyterian Churches in Taiwan, the Presbyterian Glory-Star Church in Taipei, the first Presbyterian local church transformed to Charismatic church in northern Taiwan, is selected as our study case. Utilizing the qualitative design, in-depth interview with church’s professional and lay leaders, participation in church activities, and collection of church documents are the major resource for the data analysis. The findings show that three major factors promote the transformation of Taipei Glory-Star Presbyterian Church to a Charismatic church: (1) the social networks between the church’s lay leaders and Charismatic leaders at home and abroad churches; (2) the collective consciousness induced by church members’ Charismatic experiences; (3) the reinforcement of the church growth in the process of the adaptation to Charismatic church. In addition, this study also find that the Presbyterian Glory-Star Church experience the change of worship ritual both in Sunday service and group meetings, Presbyterian theology, and the governance of Presbyterian representative system.
