    摘要: 本研究分成兩部分做討論,第一部分主要是以PLLA/PC合膠添加PBSL( poly(butylene succinate-co-L-lactate) )為相容劑,來提升合膠的相容性。PBSL是由三菱化學公司所生產,PBSL除了有良好的柔韌性質,其生分解性也是PBSL的優點之一。由於PLLA/PC合膠的相容性不好,為了進一步改善合膠相容性,在合膠中加入相容劑PBSL來增加PLLA和PC的相容性,合膠的相容性與衝擊強度隨著PBSL的添加量增加,當PBSL添加到20phr時,對合膠衝擊強度的提升擁有較佳的效果;當PBSL的添加量增加時,合膠的熱變形溫度亦會隨之降低。 第二部分除了PLLA/PC合膠添加PBSL為相容劑外,並改變射出機操作溫度與添加過氧化物DCP為反應起始劑;提高射出機溫度,利用較高的溫度使分散相達到更好的分散,同時提升衝擊強度與熱變形溫度;另一利用PC與PBSL擁有較好相容性的特性,以DCP為反應起始劑,使PLLA與PBSL先產生交聯,再加入PC混練,使PLLA/PC合膠的相容性進一步提升,合膠的衝擊強度也有提升的趨勢。
    The thermal mechanical properties and morphological changes of modified poly(L-lactic acid) (PLLA) and polycarbonate (PC) polymer blends based on the equal weight fraction of each component were investigated. Several blend samples were prepared by melt processing with a twin screw extruder using poly(butylene succinate-co-lactate) (PBSL) as compatibilizer for the PLLA/PC binary system. The impact strength of PLLA/PC/PBSL ternary blends is highest with PBSL content up to 20 phr PBSL due to enhanced interfacial interaction on the basis of Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis. The heat deflection temperature of ternary blends dropped with increasing PBSL content which is a ductile polymer. The injection temperature of PLLA/PC/PBSL blends were raised for higher viscosity of PC. The impact strength and heat deflection temperature of PLLA/PC/PBSL ternary blends increased significantly due to improved dispersibility of dispersed phase and shape of dispersed phase from spherical to cylinder. PLLA/PC/PBSL blends were prepared by reactive processing with a twin screw extruder using dicumyl peroxide (DCP) as a radical initiator. SEM of PC/PBSL blends revealed that PBSL is more miscible with PC than PLLA and the miscibility of PLLA and PBSL can also be modified through reactive processing. As a result, the impact strength of the ternary blends was increased considerably through reactive processing.
