In Bai-Soong Dynasty, food turns out to be a subject matter of poem writing as well as presentation and reward in scholar social activities because of the prosperous in material civilization and scholars’ and officials' traveling away from home. Food sharing and intercourses in social banquet not only present the interest of gift interchanges and reward, but also demonstrate the dialogue characteristic of friendship and kindly feeling transmittances. The interference circulating flow of presentation and reward, food taste, and exalted poetic mood intercourses results in a leisure and carefree friendship construction and an open up of alternate creative writing style. In this paper, author intends to explore how the food presentation and reward is extended from daily life activities to a game-style life interest from Soong Dynasty scholars’ poem; followed by an observation on the interference circulating interchange flow of food taste and exalted poetic mood intercourse in the aforementioned presentation and intercourse activities. Banter interest and unusual intention of “Play” and “Beg” will be addressed to illustrate how to demonstrate the life aesthetics of “request and violation of common sense but in line with the nature of things” in food presentation and reward life.
