快速原型製造(Rapid Prototyping Manufacturing, RPM)被視為二十一世紀產品模型開發最重要的?器之一,要如何有效的建?一套快速原型製程知?管?系統,以提升產品開發效?與加速市場競爭?,實為值得研究探討的主題。本研究以統一建模語言(Unified ModelingLanguage, UML)方法架構下,?用Lotus Domino Notes 軟體作為發展環境,?建構快速原型工作平台,以達到整合快速原型工件圖檔管?、RP 產品資?與其製程知?管?的目標,以有效的應用在快速原型系統上,提升現有的技術,達成快速原型系統與整個產品設計開發、製造資?庫整合,以完成建構快速原型機製程知?工程管?系統;本研究?進一步將快速原型機台與網?技術結合,使遠端使用者可經由網?監控快速原型機台的動作,具體達成在網?設計與製造環境下,以遠端監控快速原型製造之目標。本研究並以日內瓦?機構元件的快速原型製程知?管?為?,?驗證系統架構,?明達成整個系統建?之可?性。 Rapid prototyping manufacturing is thought as the most powerful product model development method in today’s advanced manufacturing technology 21st century. How to establish a process for knowledge management system in rapid prototyping is a good research topic. This paper dedicated to combine the rapid prototyping fabrication process and its remote monitoring on the Internet. The system aims to build a knowledge engineering management system (KEMS) for the rapid prototyping process in a client – server architecture for the web design and manufacturing. The client site can watch the operation of the RP process and also send commands directly via Internet web to the RP server site. The idea for the remote monitoring of rapid prototyping (Tele-RP) can be achieved. UML-based model is used for the RP product data management (PDM) algorithm. The Lotus Domino Notes is as the integrated working platform for the whole system structure. The integrated system for the 3D printing RP and its knowledge engineering management can be reached. Geneva mechanism made by rapid prototyping machine is used for demonstrated the whole process for proving the process of this research.
