電腦斷層掃瞄影像的應用,讓醫生對患者病情的診斷,?再完全倚靠解剖?確認病變處,而可直接由斷層掃瞄片?瞭解病因,但由於電腦斷層僅為一系?2D 的影像圖片,故如何能將這一??的斷層圖重建出三維實體模型圖,以提供醫事人員判斷及診斷?考,而增加診斷的可判性及??性,使醫師?能掌握病變,為本研究的目標。本研究以一序?的斷層掃瞄圖,配合電腦輔助設計之B-Spline 曲線、曲面為基礎,?用MatLab軟體,撰寫重建斷層掃瞄之三維模型之發展程式,讓使用者可以觀察重建完成斷層掃瞄圖三維模型,並再將重建完成的模型,從快速原形機輸出實體模型。本研究以實?完成一人工髖骨模型,以供展示及觀察使用,?進一步將完成的三維模型延伸至網際網?,以提供探討進?虛擬手術發展之可?性,而藉由電腦網?化進?外科手術,以縮短實習醫生開刀訓?的時間,而有其研究價值。 Computed tomography greatly provides the image information available to surgeons and becomes one of the most important methods to check any defects inside of patients. However, doctors must study and check these CT slices back and fourth to find the exact position for the pains. This is not only waste time but also inefficiency. Doctors must image the tissue‘s space structure by these slices. With the development of various methods in medical image processing, there is an urgent need for 3D reconstruction from a series of 2D slices. This paper presented a process to reconstruct three dimensional surfaces from 2D CT scanned data. Based on the geometric model – B-Spline curves and surfaces are built. By using the MatLab software, a series of 2D CT image slices can be read and transformed to the profiles. A 3D B-Spline patch model is generated and it can also apply to VRML format for virtual surgical application. A rapid prototyping model is made for checking the design process. The real model also can let doctors or patients observe how the 3D CT model is. These models are also suitable for human’s organ which can help the small amounts of artificial organs need. This system can also decrease the interns training time and provides some references to medical image research.
