Abstract:	摘要都市化的快速發展，人口大量的聚集在有限的土地資源裡，集合住宅為快速都市化的未來趨勢。本研究之主旨乃在嘗試藉由調查集合住宅住戶對戶外庭園空間使用情形，探討不同住戶屬性對於戶外庭園空間類型、活動類型與設施之需求。研究結果顯示，空間類型需求方面，住戶之性別與居住類型對於空間類型的需求會有顯著的相關，而年齡層、職業、教育程度與居住時間對於空間類型需求方面皆無顯著的相關；活動類型需求方面，住戶之職業與居住類型對於戶外庭園空間從事的活動會有顯著的相關，而性別、年齡層、教育程度與居住時間則皆無顯著的相關。住戶與最期望增加的活動項目沒有顯著的相關；戶外庭園的設施需求方面與住戶之性別、年齡層、職業、教育程度與居住類型皆無顯著的相關，而居住時間不同則與使用的設施有顯著的相關。至於期望增加的設施項目，發現性別及教育程度有顯著的相關，而年齡層、職業與居住類型樓層方面，皆無顯著的相關。 AbstractBecause of the fast development of civilization, the large number of the population gather in the limit spaces. Gathering dwelling is a trend in the future. The purpose of this research investigates that how the gathering dwellings use the outdoors spaces confer what kind of the outdoor courtyards, activities and facilities the different inhabitants need. The result shows that the different gender and different living styles have obvious differences in the need of spaces. However, the age, occupation, education, and how long to stay haven’t obvious differences. In the aspect of activity demand, the occupations and the living styles have obvious differences in the need of activities of courtyards. Nevertheless, the gender, the age, the education and the time haven’t obvious differences. The different dwellings haven’t obvious relative in expecting increase the items. In the need of the facilities, the gender, the age, the occupation, the education, and the dwellings styles haven’t obvious relatives in using the courtyard facilities. The different time which the dwellings stay have obvious relatives in using the facilities. In the investigate of expecting increase facilities items, the gender and the education have obvious relatives. Besides, the age, the occupation and the storey in dwellings haven’t differences.
