    Title: 民眾對集合住宅中庭植栽屬性偏好之研究

    Abstract: 綠化的景觀環境具有提昇人類生、心理效益的功能,而都市中綠化量的提昇可以有效改善都市之熱環境以及熱島效應,故都市植栽實具備了降溫、減壓與柔化的功能。惟目前以乾景、水景、平台、雕塑,搭配簡單少量植栽與草皮之集合住宅中庭空地景觀設計卻日益多見,此現象對於都市「綠化量」的提昇將造成不利之影響。因此擬以一般民眾為研究對象,採用問卷調查方法,瞭解一般民眾對集合住宅中庭植栽之偏好,並探討不同屬性民眾對於集合住宅中庭植栽偏好、中庭植栽景觀認知以及爭議植栽耐受度等是否有關聯。研究結果發現大部分受訪者偏好集合住宅中庭有適量的樹木、草坪;受訪者多認為優美植栽景觀對房地產保值具效益,購屋時多會優先考慮中庭有優美之植栽景觀,惟不甚願意因此多付購屋費用,但卻願意多付植栽維護管理費用;大部分受訪者表示可以耐受爭議植栽及其帶來之生活上的不便;另外,植栽偏好方面,受訪者性別、學歷及是否喜歡動手栽種植物與植栽量及種類多寡偏好之關聯較不顯著,年齡及是否喜歡欣賞植物與植栽種類多寡偏好之關聯較不顯著,是否對植物過敏與植栽種類多寡偏好之關聯較不顯著;在中庭植栽景觀認知方面,性別與中庭植栽景觀認知之關聯較不顯著;而在中庭爭議植栽耐受度方面,性別與中庭爭議植栽耐受度之關聯較不顯著。冀望本研究結果可做為日後住宅中庭植栽設計、選種與配置之參考依據。
    Green view may promote the function of human’s physic and psychology. Also, increasing green amount of city may solve the effects of hot environment and heat island. Thus, planting of city is with reducing temperature and stress, and making the city soft. Nowadays, it is getting popular to design views without water or with water, platforms and statues to collocate with simple and some plants and greensward at open area. The phenomenon is not beneficial for increasing green amount in cities. Therefore, the study focuses on general citizens and uses a survey method to understand people’s preference of planting at open area. Also, the study tries to find the relations among different people’s preference of planting at open area, recognition of planting at open area, the people of community’s tolerance for some trouble plants. The study points that most interviewees prefer some plants and grass at open area and understand fabulous planting views may keep the property’s value. Therefore, if people are purchasing accommodation, they will consider with its pretty garden view in advance. But most interviewees are unwilling to pay more fees to buy the property. Oppositely, they prefer like to afford more fees to maintain the plants at open area and endure some plants leading to inconvenient life. More, in preference of plants, the results “plant amount” and “how many different sorts of plant” are not different in “interviewee’s genders-both male and female”, “educational background” and “enjoy planting or not enjoy planting”. The results of “how many different sorts of plant” are not different in “interviewee’s ages” and “enjoy seeing plants”. Also, “allergy for plants” and “preference of planting many sorts” do not have a strong connection. The result of “the recognition of planting at community’s garden” is not different in “interviewee’s genders”. Furthermore, the result of “tolerance of plants at open area” is not different in “interview’s genders-both male and female”. This study provides some evidences for design, selecting and allocation of planting at open area in future.
