    Abstract: 國內自從開放新銀行成立後,銀行家數過度地成長,造成銀行業競爭激烈。直到2009年兩岸簽署「兩岸金融監理合作瞭解備忘錄」(簡稱MOU),提供國內銀行赴中國設立據點的良好通道,開創經營商機。在中國金融市場之經營策略存在著許多風險與溢酬,台灣相對中國資金較豐富,具有要素豐富的優勢競爭力。台資銀行在中國與中資銀行競爭最大的優勢乃是擁有廣大的台商資料庫、純熟的風險控管能力及完善的徵信制度,且優秀的專業經理人對經營管理及商品設計具有創新能力,得以差異化區隔目標巿場。台資銀行在中國與外資銀行競爭最大的優勢乃是同文同種、易於溝通及建立策略聯盟,且具有兩岸協議之綠色通道優勢及廣大的台商資料庫,得以產生群聚效應,降低經營成本。目前台資銀行進入中國的模式有設立分行、策略聯盟、合資參股中資銀行、開立子行及併購等五種,個案分析以富邦金控為例,其採用併購、參股及設立分行三種模式並行的策略進入中國優於其他模式。本研究結果期能對我國銀行業在中國巿場經營發展有所助益。
    The fierce competition of banking industry in Taiwan is resulted from over banking since the newly established banks were admitted by the authority to participate in the financial service industry. Business opportunities were created for Taiwan banking industry through establishing their branch offices in China after the “ Memorandum of Understanding on Cross-Straits Banking ” was signed between Taiwan and China. The business strategy of the financial market in China has plenty of risks and premiums. Owing to the huge capital than its peers in China, Taiwan banking industry has a competitive advantage of factor abundance. Comparing to the domestic banks, Taiwanese banks have ample database of their clients who have run business in China, managerial skills of risk control, comprehensive credit information systems as well as professional managers with innovative ideas in product planning and business management, so that the Taiwanese banks can focus on their target market by making differentiated segmentation. In addition, due to the same culture and the same ethnicity, Taiwanese banks in China have the best competitive advantage than the foreign-funded banks to communicate and develop strategic alliance with the domestic banks. Besides, based on the MOU, Taiwanese banks have a better position to form the cluster effect with ample database of their Taiwanese clients in China to reduce the operating cost.There are five ways of entering into China market for Taiwan banking industry at present, such as subsidiary banks establishment, strategic alliance, domestic banks investment, branch banks establishment, and M & A. The study takes Fubon holding as a major case to show its superior strategy of entering into China market by taking three different ways simultaneously, such as M & A, investing the domestic banks and establishing branch banks. Hopefully the study can be useful for Taiwan banking industry’s management and development in China market.
