本論文使用具有可生物降解性的親水性高分子聚乙烯醇(PVA)作為反應物,與甲醛進行縮醛化的交聯反應,來製備多孔性的聚乙烯醇縮甲醛泡棉(PVF Foam);在反應過程中,添加入兩種不同的水玻璃(矽酸膠、偏矽酸鈉)作為造孔劑,並且在實驗中分別改變聚乙烯醇固成分的比例(CPVA = 12~14 wt%)和水玻璃濃度(CS.G. = 0.1~0.5 wt%),探討其改變對PVF Foam結構與物性的影響。 This thesis uses the biodegradable hydrophilic polymer,PVA (Poly(vinyl alcohol)) as a reactant, then acetalize with formaldehyde to prepare a porous PVF Foam (Poly(vinyl formal foam)). In the present experiments, added into two different silica gels (Colloidal Silica and Sodium metasilicate) were served as a pore-forming agent. The effects of various compositive of PVA vs. silica gels on the physical properties and water content of the PVF Foams were also investigated.
