    Abstract: 本研究的目在於探討國小九年一貫課程,低年級的哪些科目,對於高年級的學習成就有較大的影響。目前我國小學以七大領域為學習之主要內容;但是七大學習領域並沒有直接對應到學科名稱。簡略來說實際授課的學科名稱包括國語、英語、數學、社會、綜合活動、電腦等領域科目和一些非領域科目。為了瞭解在九年一貫課程制度下學童的學習過程,可能須要定義哪些是低年級的核心科目?我們利用關聯法則,分析某小學該屆畢業生的在校各科成績。在資料探勘過程中為了避免小學成績的「左偏分配」特性,因此在資料離散化的處理上採用「等量劃分法」的前置處理。本研究發現小學低年級時的國語與數學成績,對於日後的學習成就,有著明顯的關聯。我們的研究成果可以提供老師及家長做補救教學規劃時,分派相關科目學習比重的參考。
    The purpose of our research is to study what courses in lower level classes have greater impact in the learning achievement of higher graders in elementary school in the 9-year integrated curriculum. Currently there are seven main learning areas in our elementary school system; unfortunately, there is no direct match between the names of the areas and the courses. Roughly speaking, the courses can be classified into main learning areas such as Mandarin, English, Mathematics, Social studies, Integrative Activities, and Computers etc. and a few courses in non-main learning areas. In order to figure out the learning process of pupils in the 9-year integrated curriculum, we may need to identify what are the core courses for younger kids? We applied association rule to analyze the whole 6-year learning records of a certain population of pupils graduated this year. In order to avoid "left-skewed distribution" property of our data set, we use "method of equal quantity partition" during the data pre-processing of discretization for mining the association rules. Our results showed that the achievements of Mandarin and Mathematics in low-grades strongly related the performance in their further studies. The results of our finding would provide a reference in allocating the weights of related courses in planning the make up teaching for teachers and parents.
