    摘要: 隨著生產技術的進步、網際網?的普遍應用、國際性組織發展促成產品?通,耐久財的產品生命週期越?越長,二手市場的發展?發蓬勃。相較於過去管?實務與相關研究主要著重的一手市場而言,過去較少為人討?的二手市場在整體供應鏈中扮演越?越重要的角色。由於過去與耐久財及二手市場相關之研究鮮少對市場結構中,二手市場與一手市場之間的互動結構,作深入而系統性的分析與討?,僅能提供片斷與部分的解釋與觀察。本研究將以台灣汽?產業中的國產?廠為研究對象,針對廠商的產能擴充決策,探討廠商在?同的產能管?與一手市場經營策?、及其與二手市場間如何形成動態互動結構,而影響廠商實際績效的展現。研究的進?將以系統動?學為主要研究方法,透過對同一產業內各廠商所建構的一手市場與二手市場間動態互動結構,以及電腦模擬與實驗。本研究將歸納出汽?廠商於產能擴張/緊縮、新?銷售、及二手?交?之間的一般性結構。本研究的進?,將擴展相關研究對於耐久財二手市場的特性、及其如何與一手市場間的相互影響結構的認?與?解。本研究雖以單一產業作為研究對象,但所建構的一般性結構,將可作為之後相關研究探討其他產業二手市場時的重要?考。
    In recent years, various kinds of secondhand markets have been receiving more and more attentions because of their great impacts on firsthand markets. The consistent progress of production technology, widespread adoption and application of Internet, and the establishment of growing number of international organizations across national boundaries all contribute to the lengthened life cycles of durable goods and the development of secondhand market. However, how secondhand markets interact with firsthand markets and how manufacturing firms that provide durable goods respond to secondhand market in their management practice is still left unexplored. Most research that discuss the interrelationship between firsthand markets and secondhand markets are based on several assumptions, such as the specific types of demand, the limited supply of secondhand goods, etc. and focus mainly on the equilibriums of supply and demand in the two markets. Business decisions as pricing, capacity expansions, channel management, branding, etc. are often isolated from present academic discussion about secondhand markets. To deepen understanding about how secondhand market may impact on the firsthand market, this research is focused on the exploration of the dynamic interactions among manufacturing firm’s capacity expansion, marketing strategy, and secondhand markets. Take the car market in Taiwan as an example, system dynamics models that can reproduce the time-varying patterns of market shares, prices in secondhand market and firsthand markets, production capacity, etc. for major automotive manufactures will be developed and then analyzed with simulations and experiments. Dynamic hypothesis as to the impact of secondhand market and how firm strategy of new products influences on the secondhand market will be derived.
