    Abstract: 橡膠產品種?繁多,舉凡汽?產業、食品及醫?產業、半導體產業及一般工業?需要用到橡膠相關產品,橡膠產品在為?增加其產品的物性、達到產品要求之環境條件、減少橡膠製品的比重、?低製造成本與加工??下,其配方?會添加各種橡膠添加劑,以符合產品之需求; 橡膠製品在應用上大多屬?配件產品,品項繁多、用途各?,技術差?相當大。橡膠製品工廠接到客戶訂單後,先依產品用途及規格選定適合的橡膠原?進而透過內部或委託合作的廠商開發模具,再透過各種機具執?整個橡膠製品製造?程,由於產品種?繁多且?同產品所需的製程有許多差?,由於製造過程中的許多變?難以控制以及生產系統?程作業的規劃問題造成產品的品質?穩定,為?達到產品的品質水準與?低生產成本,希望透過系統模擬的方法?建?製程作業的模擬模型,將各種生產?程方案進?模擬效?評估與分析,提供管?者作為未?新製程設計開發策?選擇,將可達到產品生產與研發週期縮短與成本?低,也將提高公司的新產品製程能?。
    A wide range of rubber products is used to in the automobile industry, food and medical industry, semiconductor and general industrial components. In order to increase the physical properties of its products to meet the product requirements of the environmental conditions, the recipe of rubber will add a variety of rubber additives so that products can meet the demand of customers. Rubber products are mostly of spare parts in the application of the product range of items. Companies need to use of different technical difference that is quite large so that they can meet custmoer’s orders. After receipt of customer orders, the first selected is according to the product uses and specifications suitable for rubber raw materials. The entire manufacturing process through a variety of equipment manufacturers is to develop mold and then through an internal or delegated cooperation. Due to the wide range of products and different products, the required process has many differences. In order to achieve the standards of product quality and reduce production costs, a lot of variation in the manufacturing process is difficult and is required to control. The production operation’s planning problems are caused by the inconsistent quality of the product. Thus, the system simulation method can create the simulation model of the process operations. Meanwhile, various production processes can be simulated so that we can see the effective assessment and analysis. Manager can manage the new process design and development strategy selection in the future. He/she will be able to achieve production and R & D cycle time and cost reduction. Finally, manager can also improve the company's new products process capability.
