Abstract: | 子計畫五:電聲產業?色創新能?評估模型之建構面?與日俱增的競爭市場,企業需要?斷的創新?提高產品或服務在市場的競爭?,而?色創新?是企業永續經營的根基,因此,該如何建?企業?色創新能?為本計畫之研究動機。我們將探討電聲產業之?色創新能?,本計畫將?色創新能?分為以下?大構面分析,分別為企業管?系統、產品設計、產品製程、市場接受?、顧客?與、政府輔助等面向分析,探討其企業?色創新能?。首先,子計畫五第一?藉由產業分析,充分?解電聲產業目前現況與電聲產業特性,藉由文獻探討與其他子計畫之回饋,並透過專家法進?模型修正,協助發展企業?色創新能?評估模型,並建構電聲產業?色創新能?之評估指標。第二?則應用多準則決策模型之決策實驗室分析法(DEMATEL),試圖發掘影響?色創新之因素之間彼此影響關係,接續應用模糊層級分析法 (Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, FAHP) ,試圖發掘影響?色創新之主要關鍵因子,最後, 應用VIKOR (VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje, VIKOR),以妥協的概?(compromise),驗證台灣電聲產業廠商於?色策?創新與作業創新之績效表現。第三?則針對第二?之研究實證結果,進?策??分析,並將本研究所提出之?色創新能?評估模型,進?專家訪談法,將本研究架構進?修訂,並試圖應用產業生命週期概?,探討處於?同產業生命週期階段之企業,其?色創新能?評估模型是否有?,且加入公司相關特性如規模、產品特性等因素,協助企業找出提升其?色創新能?之最佳策?建議;另外,並將其評估模型應用層面擴大至其他3C ?組件OEM 產業中,?如,手機面板代工或鍵盤代工等產業,試圖分辨?同?組件代工廠商,其?色創新能?評估模型之?同,並找出適合?同?組件代工產業最佳?色創新能?之評估架構。 Evaluating the Green Business Innovation Capabilities for Electro-acoustic Industry The enterprises should continuous promote their product/service values and competitive power when facing increasing competitive market. Green innovation could be the foundations for completive sustainable manufacturing. Therefore, how to establish an evaluation model of green business innovation capabilities is a critical and urgent task for industrial practitioners and government officials of Taiwan now and in the future. This point therefore triggers our research motivation. The Sub-project 5 will try to answer what the green business innovation capabilities are for Electro-acoustic Industry. By identifying the different dimensions of green business innovation capabilities, we focus on six perspectives to interpret it. There are including business management system, product design, production process, user acceptance, user development and government. We will overview the industrial general situation and analyze the industrial features of Taiwan Electro-acoustic Industry. Thus, reviewing relative literatures and interviewing experts to develop an evaluation model and dimensions of green business innovation capabilities. The second year of Sub-project 5 will apply DEMATEL method. DEMATEL is a methodology which can confirm interdependence among green innovation dimensions and aid in the development of a chart to reflect interrelationships between dimensions. Then Sub-project 5 develops an evaluation model based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is used to analyze the structure of the Green Business Innovation Capabilities problem and to determine weights of the dimensions. Finally, the VIKOR method of compromise ranking determines a compromise solution. The VIKOR method is applied to determine the best performance according to the selected dimensions. The third year of Sub-project 5 will provide some policies and strategies base on empirical results for Taiwan Electro-acoustic Industry. Furthermore, we want to incorporate industry life cycle perspective to explore whether the evaluation model is similar or not at different industrial life cycle sages. We also seek the optimal portfolio strategies according to different industrial characteristics, such as company size, product features and so on. Finally, we attempt to extend the evaluation model to other electronic components original equipment manufacturer (OEM), mobile phone’ panel and keyboard original equipment manufacturer industries, discover the suitable green business innovation capabilities evaluation model for different electronic components OEM industries. |
