自台中縣市改制後,瞭解目前區公所的現況,並提昇為民服務品質,已是目前一項相當重要的議題。本研究目的在於探討臺中縣市改制後,區公所目前所提供服務品質,對洽公民眾是否有產生差距,以及針對不同人口統計變數與滿意度進行實證研究。本研究針對前往都心區公所洽公民眾為對象,進行問卷調查。研究採用方便性抽樣調查,共回收299份有效問卷,透過SPSS 21進行資料分析。研究結果顯示:一、洽公民眾期望與認知的服務品質有顯著差異。二、不同人口統計變數對服務品質現況無顯著差異。三、不同人口統計變數對滿意度無顯著差異。四、服務品質現況對滿意度有正向的影響。 Since Taichung restructuring, understand the current status of the district office, and enhance the quality of public service had become a important issue. This study aims to investigate the Taichung restructuring. The district office is currently providing service quality, placed by the public on whether to produce gaps, and the empirical research on different demographic variables and satisfaction. This study sampled the district office for a business trip to the heart of the people as objects, used the questionnaire survey research methods, through convenience sampling. SPSS 21 software was used to conduct the statistical analysis. The findings and the conclusions of this research are as follows:1) There are significant differences in service quality expectations placed by people with cognitive.2) Different demographic variables had no significant differences in service quality conditions.3) Demographic variables with no significant difference in satisfaction.4) Status of service quality has a positive effect on satisfaction.
