Abstract: | 本研究探討育幼院院生學習動機與學業成就之間的相關性。研究中針對屏東縣育幼院院生,採用主要為質性研究方法的角度分析其表現,以深入訪談、問卷調查、參與觀察、文件資料整理等方式蒐集相關資料並進行分析與詮釋。訪談對象羅列國小、國中及高中院童,藉以了解影響育幼院院生學習表現之相關因素。研究發現歸納出下列結論:在影響院童學習動機的相關因素上,家人的關心對院生學習的影響是有正相關的。再者,在班級學習氣氛上,任課教師營造的風氣對學生的學習表現有直接的助益。第三、則是與學校同學的情感影響學生學習的動機,因為學生會因與同學之間的相處情形影響本身的學習情緒與學習動機,而育幼院的院生因本身成長環境背景的關係,導致其情緒較脆弱也容易受他人言語或舉動而心情起伏不定,因此與同儕之間的關係所形成的情緒氣氛占了學習中很重要的成分,同時亦影響學生的學習動機與情緒。最後才是院生特殊的成長環境對其學習動機的影響。 This study investigated the correlation between preschool learning of inmates between motivation and academic achievement . For the study , Pingtung County High School of the tree orphanage children , using mainly the perspective of qualitative research methods to analyze its performance in order to in-depth interviews , questionnaires , participant observation , documentation and other ways to collect relevant data collation and analysis and interpretation . Interviewees listed , junior and senior high school of inmates , in order to understand the relevant factors orphanage homes affect children 's academic achievement . The study found the following conclusions : on the relevant factors affecting the motivation of inmates , the impact on family care homes have children learn is a positive correlation . Furthermore, the learning atmosphere in the classroom , classroom teachers and create a culture of student achievement has a direct benefit. Third , it is the emotional impact on students and school students' motivation to learn, because along with the students because of the situation between the students themselves affect mood and motivation to learn , and preschool children 's hospital because of their growing relationship between environmental context , cause it is also susceptible to more fragile emotional words or actions of others and mood ups and downs , so the emotional atmosphere of the relationship between peers and formed portion occupies a very important component of learning , but also affect students' motivation and emotion . The last is a special environment for the growth of inmates impact on learning motivation . |
