    Abstract: 兒少保護工作是高度的專業,為有效介入家庭需機構間相互合作,尤其最直接提供家庭工作的公、私部門家庭處遇計畫社工人員,因而引發研究者想探究兒少保護個案之家庭處遇計畫方案中,溝通行為、信任對協同合作的影響。本研究以全省17個公、私部門有共案執行家庭處遇計畫的縣市之私部門社工人員為研究樣本進行研究,研究結果如下:壹、女性社工人員是男性社工人員的三倍,年齡差異超過三十歲。貳、感受到共案的公部門社工人員的支持性溝通行為、信任、協同合作的同意度皆不佳,也只是有點不同意感受到防衛性溝通行為。參、私部門社工人員特質與信任與協同合作皆無顯著差異。肆、支持性溝通行為、信任、協同合作呈顯著正相關;防衛性溝通行為與信任、協同合作呈顯著負相關。伍、信任的可信靠性、熟識度、尊重的支持性溝通行為及評估、控制的防衛性溝通行為對協同合作最具解釋力。陸、支持性溝通行為、防衛性溝通行為、信任與協同合作間之高度相關性主要受信任影響,信任與協同合作間有高度淨相關。  依據上述結論,為增進公私部門協同合作,建議:一、透過訓練增進公私部門彼此間工作角色、困境之了解與體諒。二、公部門應增進私部門對其之「可信靠性」、「熟識度」、「尊重」感受。三、公、私部門應依權責分工與相互尊重。四、聘任年長及年資深之社工人員或提供社工人員更多專業與行政支持。  未來可針對公部門兒少保護個案家庭處遇計畫之社工人員進行相同主題之研究,比較公、私部門研究結果的差異性,或針對有公私部門間有良好支持性溝通行為、信任、協同合作之社工人員進行質性研究探討成功經驗。
    Children protection requires high profession. We need to integrate the services, especially from the government and private child protection social workers and supervisors. This study expects to know and finds ways to improve the communication behaviors, trust and collaboration between them. This study chose all private child protection social workers and supervisors who executed interventions with the government child protection social workers and supervisors as study objects.  This study involve 17 counties . The research results and findings are as follow:1.female social workers and supervisors are third the amount of the male. The age differs over 30 years old. 2.The private part only a little agree they feel the supportive communication behaviors, trust, and collaborate .3.The characters of Social workers and supervisors doesn’t differ in trust and collaboration.4.Supportive communication behaviors, trust and collaboration are positive relative .Defensive communication behaviors are negative relative with trust and collaboration.5.Trust, supportive communication behaviors, and defensive communication behaviors can predict collaboration.6.Trust is the main variable to affect the correlation of supportive communication behaviors ,defensive communication behaviors, and collaboration. This study suggests that in order to improve the collaboration between public and private part, they should increase understanding, respect each other and improve the credit of trust and the supportive communication behavior of respect, hire experienced social workers and supervisors or give professional and supportive assistance. The following study can change the study objects to public social workers and supervisors, or use qualitative research ways to explore successful communication, trust and collaboration experiences.
