| Abstract: | 人類社會發展至今，隨著單身、高齡人口以及獨居者人口日益漸增，人們往往將需要陪伴的需求寄託於身邊的寵物，也因此寵物在人們生活所扮演角色的重要性越來越提高，進而當寵物生病就醫時，飼主對其所重視與關懷就有如家人一般；飼主會關心的包括寵物健康狀況和心理狀況，而其中寵物的醫療狀況和飼主的心理感受尤為重要，因此本論文建立一個寵物遠距探病的平台，主要是希望能讓飼主安心，寵物得到良好醫療品質的同時，也能減少醫療糾紛，動物醫院遠距探病平台主要以視訊技術為建置基礎，透過視訊鏡頭讓飼主隨時連到雲端平台觀看個人寵物實際畫面，以掌握寵物的健康與看診狀況。本論文提供了飼主於寵物治療期間方便察看治療狀況的平台，改善了過去寵物生病住院時，飼主必須親自到醫院來關心寵物的治療狀況，節省了飼主往返醫院所花費的時間。本論文主要運用雲端資訊整合的概念，建置一個寵物遠距探病平台，其包含「連鎖型動物醫院之基礎規劃」、「寵物遠距探病平台之建置架構」、「寵物遠距探病平台之系統設備」，主要為應用雲端平台和資訊科技及其視訊設備所建構出一個良好的整合系統，處理過去醫院與飼主間常發生的醫療糾紛，而醫療糾紛常常是找不到一個平衡點，使得雙方進行法律上的訴訟，造成雙方的損失。本平台透明化院方的治療過程，將使醫療上的責任歸屬更加明確，透過影像可瞭解醫師在治療過程中是否有疏失，藉而提高飼主對於該醫院的信任感。本平台應用雲端平台的優勢在於連鎖型的動物醫院能借助於雲端資訊整合功能，使得想要加入聯盟成員，將個別醫院對於所醫治動物的影像上傳至雲端平台，讓聯盟的成員醫院，可透過平台整合功能，建立醫院與醫院之間資料的共享，使得各醫院之間的醫療人員能夠彼此交流經驗和心得，同時對於飼主即時提供相關的資訊，若飼主對於寵物的醫療過程有存疑時，將可透過透明化醫療行為，瞭解醫師的醫療過程與態度，造就更緊密的信任關係。本論文所提出之寵物遠距探病平台，主要有三大優點分別為「掌握寵物即時畫面」、「減少雙方醫療糾紛」、「降低成本與提升效率」；同時除了考量到動物醫院行政成本及照顧成本的降低，對於服務品質也達到飼主的滿意要求，也運用雲端優勢能整合連鎖型動物醫院或不同地區的動物醫院能經由本平台進行整合資料分享，提供醫師正確就診資訊的分享，省下大量醫療資源成本，並增加效率，同時也可掌握地區的需求樣本，兼顧政府管制寵物部份的政策，最後幫助民眾瞭解寵物在醫院的實際就診狀況。透過遠端探病平台讓動物醫院與飼主之間的互動更密切，將過去的被動醫療化為主動。
Human society is developed along with the rising population of single, elderly and independent people, and people often entrust their needs of a companion with pets around, which means the role of pets in the human society becomes more important, and when the pets are sick, pet owners will treat the pets just like they treat their own family; Pet owners are concerned about health and mental condition of their pets, and the medical condition and the feeling of the owners are very important, therefore this paper creates a platform for visiting their pets remotely. Main expectation is to make pet owners can feel relieved when their pets is being under medical treatment, and make sure their pets get a good quality of medical care. This remote platform is built mainly with video technology, the pet owners can always connect and see their pets' health and condition through a video camera via the cloud. This paper can let the pet owners have the authority to care their pets during medical treatment, and improves the effectiveness so the pet owners do not need to go the hospital when they worry. The pet owners can use this platform to know their pets' condition.In this paper, using the concept of cloud information integration to build a platform for visiting pet remotely, which includes "The basis planning for linked pet hospital", "The structure of remote platform for pet visiting", "The system equipment of the remote platform". Using the cloud platform and information technology and other video equipment to construct a well-integrated system that is easy to use, solving both sides recent issues, which solution is often not founded in a balance way, and leads to law proceedings then causes both sides incur losses. The pet owners no longer trust the hospital and the hospital responses cause troubles, therefore this remote platform is suggested. By using this remote platform service that can be connected using smartphones, pet owners can find out their own pet's condition in the actual video screen.This platform uses the cloud platform with cloud integration feature that can link the pet hospitals, and make pet owners will be able to join although with different hospital. The hospital uploads the video with details and let the members of this platform can watch their pets' condition through this platform feature, and the linked hospital members can share their experiences, also providing relevant information for pet owners, if there any issues in the treatment, the medical treatment will be more transparent which bond the trust relationship.In this paper, the proposed remote visiting platform has three advantages which are "watch the real-time video of the pet", "reduce both sides medical issues", "reduce cost and improve efficiency" apart from reducing the administration cost and nursing cost from hospital, the service quality also satisfies the pet owners’ needs, and using the cloud integration system, linked hospital, can also use this structure to share data, saving many medical cost, and helping doctors to know more information. About the government’s policy, it is used to help society to understand the condition of medical treatment of pet, making the pet owners and pet hospitals have the good interaction, also change the passive way of medical into the active way and will help the development and operation of pet companion. |
