Abstract: | 台灣租賃業公司對於支持中小企業的發展,扮演著相當重要的角色。目前在租賃公會登錄的27家租賃公司,從成立年代、背景關係、業務型態、市場客群、營運模式等,租賃公司處於相互競爭環境,因此公司經營策略的規劃與制定更顯重要。本研究採用專家訪談法,輔以次級資料法及內容分析法,探討台灣資本性租賃公司的發展現況、內外部環境與經營策略。第一章為研究背景動機與目的;第二章為研究文獻探討,闡述租賃業發展與現況、SWOT分析,波特五力分析,關鍵成功因素法等相關文獻;第三章為研究方法,介紹本研究採用質性研究中訪談法的設計與架構;第四章為研究資料分析,彙整專家訪談紀錄;第五章結論與建議,期望提供租賃業者在規劃未來發展的經營策略時,作為重要參考依據。 Leasing industry in Taiwan has played a important role in assisting the development of small and medium sized enterprises. There are 27 leasing companies registered in Leasing Association currently. From the aspects of establishment time, background relations, business types, market segments and operating mode, the leasing companies are staying in a competitive environment. In order to fight for an advantageous position in the competition, the planning and development of companies’ business strategies have become more significant. In this study, expert interviews, supplemented by secondary qualitative study and content analysis methods were adopted to explore the current status of the development of Taiwan's capital leasing company, the internal and external environment, and the business strategies. Chapter I was the introduction of the background motivation and purpose; Chapter II was the exploration of research literature which stated the development and current status of the leasing industry, and reviewed the related literatures like business strategies, SWOT analysis, Porter's Five Forces analysis, Key Success Factors and so on; Chapter III was the research methods which described the interviewing design and architecture of qualitative research adopted in this study; Chapter IV was the analysis research data, where record of expert interviews were; Chapter V was the conclusions and suggestions, expecting to provide the lease industry important reference in planning for the future development of business strategy. |
