    Abstract: 本研究論文依循國際標準組織(International Organization for Standardization, ISO) 所修訂之「?測?確定?表示方式指引(Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement, GUM)」,分析石墨卡計原級標準系統中影響其量測結果的不確定因子,並計算其量測不確定度,使得石墨卡計原級標準系統之量測結果更具有公信力與參考價值,進而能與國內甚至國際間同等級之輻射劑量標準進行比對。
    In this thesis, we analyze the uncertainty factors affecting the measurement outcomes of Primary Standard Graphite Calorimeter System in accordance with the “ Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement, ” which is revised by ISO. The purpose of the thesis is to enhance the credibility and reference value of the measurement outcomes of Primary Standard Graphite Calorimeter System. Therefore, the Primary Standard Graphite Calorimeter System could be used to further compare with the same level internal, even international, radiation dose standard systems.
