    Abstract: 完善的基礎設施是成功推動電動機車的必要條件,其中電動機車能源補充站(電池交換站與充電站)的設置是一個重要的環節,本研究探討電動機車能源補充站設址規劃問題,此問題是屬於區位問題,其主要目標為在特定區域內設置多處位置,以使民眾前往電動機車能源補充站之距離為最近。本研究描述一套基因演算法來求解區域內之電動機車能源補充站設址問題,以使區域內中位於需求點之所有民眾離各設施站距離最小化,並用反應曲面實驗設計找出各情境下最佳設施數,最後再利用地理資訊系統(Geographic Information System, GIS)進行演算法結果的分析及展示,以圖示化的方式表現演算法結果來提供現階段及未?能源補充設施設置區位分配之方法,作為未?政府單位與企業推動設置之參考。
    A complete infrastructure is required to promote electric scooter successfully. Especially, the location of electric scooter supply station (battery exchange stations and charge stations) is an important part. Our research discusses the location problem of electric motor supply stations. This belongs to a facility location problem. The objective is to site stations to make the distance that people go to electric motor supply station shortly and more convenient in a specific area. Our research describes that using a genetic algorithm to solve electric motors supply station location problem in an area, and minimizes the distance between people in the nodes of area and facilities. Response surface method (RSM) was utilized to find the optimal number of facilities in each case. Finally, Geographic Information System (GIS) was adopted to analyze and present the result of algorithm. GIS is a method used to the present the result of the algorithm and to provide the current and future supply station location-allocation. It would be an example for the government to promote the installation of supply station.
