多準則決策模式於設計領域中已被廣泛使用,藉由設計決策方法,使得產品概念設計能更貼近使用者需求與達成快速客製化的目標。本研究以多維賽局理論(Multi-Dimensional Game Theory, MD-Games)結合設計結構矩陣(Design Structure Matrix, DSM) 與網路層級分析法(Analytic Network Process, ANP ),企圖以一種創新決策方法,應用於產品概念設計,以建構模組架構之客製化產品,研究上,並導入自行車設計做為案例,驗證本系統架構的可行性。研究利用設計結構矩陣與自行車的組裝資訊結合並加以模組化,得到手把、車架、坐墊、大盤、輪框等五項模組,再以網路層級分析法與定義使用者需求、自行車模組與模組設計策略三個風格參數,藉由自行車騎乘風格參數權重,取得各模組與功能上的關聯性,透過需求權重與多維賽局的決策流程,經由多維賽局運算,計算最高報酬函數,而得到最適化的自行車車型組合,再回饋由專家驗證,並經由比較受測者與專家的權重值,完成驗證創新決策流程的可行性。關鍵詞: 創新決策方法、多維賽局理論、產品模組化、設計結構矩陣、網路層級分析法、產品概念設計。 The method of multi-criteria decision making has been widely used in the field of design. By using the design decision method, product concept designs can properly meet users' requirements and achieve the goal of rapid customization.The multi-dimensional game theory (MD-Games) combined with the analytic network process (ANP) and design structure matrix (DSM) are introduced in this study with an attempt to find the best customized products. A case study of bicycle design is introduced for verifying the feasibility of the proposed system.The case studies combined the DSM with a bicycle's assembly information so as to get it modularized. The results lead to five modules which include the handlebar, frame, cushion, tape and rim. The ANP was further utilized to define the relevance between the modules and the functions. Finally, MD-Games are used to obtain the optimal decision result in a variety of situations.The main contribution of this study is to obtaine an innovative bicycle model which is from the Multi-dimensional decision-making and the weights of users' requirements.The best decision result can be validated by experts. By comparing the weights that have been measured by experts, this approach proved the feasibility of the innovation decision-making methodologies in this study.Key words: Innovation Decision-making Methodologies,Multi-dimensional Game theory, Product Modularized,Design Structure Matrix, Analytic Network Process,Product Concept Design.
