Abstract: | 本研究以溶液法製備聚丙烯奈米石墨功能化複合材料,由於商用石墨厚度較厚,所以先將其膨脹使石墨層剝離,膨脹後的石墨表面不具有任何活性官能基,因此以氧化法使膨脹石墨表面產生羥基、羧基、羰基、環氧的官能基,並利用超音波震盪使界面活性劑與氧化石墨反應改質,使改質之後的有機化石墨烯能均勻的分散在有機溶劑中,並利用超音波震盪使聚丙烯基材能與石墨烯混和更均勻。 聚丙烯奈米石墨烯複合材料添加不同比例的相容劑,探討有機化石墨烯對奈米複合材料的分散、導熱、導電性之影響。並以SEM、XRD進行微結構分析;以TGA分析複合材料並檢定組成比例及補強材料對基材熱性質的變化,DSC分析結晶行為及熱傳導係數;以DMA檢定複合材料的機械性質,最後以DEA中介面極化效應,判別有機化石墨烯在複合材料中的分散狀態,並比較不同基材與不同的比例的相容劑添加量對離子導電度的關係。實驗結果顯示,添加高馬來酸酐接枝率的聚丙烯作為相容劑,有助於改善石墨烯在基材中的分散情形,且熱性質、機械強度、熱傳導係數及介電性質皆有提升。 The research is mainly for use solution to prepare the polypropylene / functionalized graphene nano-composites. Because of the commercial graphite is very thick, so the first step should be stripped expanded graphite layer, after expansion, the surface of graphite does not have any reactive functional groups, so the second step is using oxidation process to let the expanded graphite surface with hydroxyl group, carboxyl group, carbonyl group, and epoxy functional groups, also use the ultrasonic vibration to make the surfactant and oxidation graphite modified. Using ultrasonic vibration can make organic graphene evenly spread in solvent, and use this technique can be uniformly mixed both polypropylene and graphene. Discussion for adding different proportions of compatibilizer into polypropylene / functionalized graphene nano-composites in dispersion, thermal conductivity, and conductivity. To do the micro-structure analysis by using SEM and XRD. Detection of the composite for change in the different composition ratio material and the thermal properties of reinforcing material substrate with TGA analysis, using DSC to detection crystallization behavior and thermal conductivity, confirm the mechanical properties of composites with DMA. Discrimination organic graphene dispersed state in the composite material, and compare the different substrates in different ratio compatibilizer to ion conductivity relationship by using DEA. Experimental results show that the addition of which polypropylene with high rate of maleic anhydride grafted as the compatibility agent, improve the situation of graphene dispersed in the substrate, and thermal properties, mechanical strength, thermal conductivity and dielectric properties are becoming better. |
