摘要:	本研究主要係以退休後會主動性去參與志工者為研究對象，目的在於了解退休後的主動性參與社會區活動與促進成功老化、健康快樂老化以至圓滿人生的關係，以提供未來退休人員研究參考。為達此一目的，以自製問卷表，親自訪談，內容包含有「個人基本資料」、「以前的經歷」、「參與服務動機」、「身心滿意度」、「未來的期許」等五部份。本次訪問的對象以機構裡服務的志工；有社團法人台中市惠來關懷服務協會（係屬基督教惠來里聚會處）、中華民國血液基金會台中捐血中心、臺中市豐原區豐原國民小學教育志工隊。研究結論，受訪者對於能夠主動性地去參與社會區服務，而所帶給自己的生活滿意度相當高，在訪問過程中，也感受到他們的樂觀與積極態度，對未來期許自己能夠做的更久並期望有更多人能夠主動性來參與 The study mainly in the future after retirement will participate in the initiative to volunteer for the study were . The purpose is to understand the initiative after retirement to participate in social activities and promote successful aging area, as well as a successful relationship healthy and happy aging life, to provide future retirees research. To achieve this purpose, do self-questionnaires and personal interviews, content contains "basic personal information", "previous experience", "participating motivation", "physical and mental satisfaction," "future expectations", five parts etc.Research findings, respondents' initiative to be able to participate in community service area, and are to bring their own life satisfaction is very high, in the course of the visit, but also feel their optimism and a positive attitude about the future hopes he can do the longer and expect to have more people able to participate in the initiative.
