Abstract:	《臺灣文學史小事典》以臺灣文學發展史為縱軸，涵括漢語文言文學及現代文學兩大範疇，將臺灣文學史裡的大事、要事，串接成臺灣文學史大事記，並從大事記中，逐條尋索記事中的重要作家、作品、文學思潮、文學社團、文學事件、文學運動、文學說派等「事典j 讀者可以循著大事記，了解臺灣文學發展的歷史，而從事典之辭條釋文，了解該事典之意涵，這而認識臺灣文學，為可供臺灣文學初學者簡易查索、方便使用之基礎工具書。
