本研究以產品設計的角度分析產品銷售在協同商務中的功能與角色。在微利時代的今天唯有客製化及產品設計導向,才能贏得消費者的親賴,並在第一時間打入消費者市場。過去的產品設計研究中,多偏向工具性或企業管理巨觀的角度探討協同商務之產品設計,本研究從以下四個創新的角度來進行探討:以運作流程為分析架構、線上顧客意見協同設計、以知識庫為基礎協同設計及以CAD為軟體開發工具的協助產品設計。本研究透過企業實證之EPC系統的合作建構一個以網站為基礎的協同式商務系統。研究中完成CRD設計引擎的設計、產品規格的設變及產品屬性回饋學習。企業產品商務系統透過PKM的系統機制彙整企業內部的相關資訊,進而歸納出有用的產品知識庫,滿足顧客對產品知識的需求,進而參與產品設計的工作,實現個別特色與全球行銷之當代企業產品的表徵。本研究就當前的企業產品商務的觀念與理論應用在實證企業的產品商務系統中,以實際的企業個案提出系統架構、設計、分析與驗證,並提供後進者研究者改進之參考。
This research is standing on the products design aspect for analyzing the functions and roles about products sale in collaboration commerce. In micro-profits today, just only customerized and products design oriented can earn the trust within the customers, and right time to take the supply markets. Most of the research about products design in the past aim at tools or macro aspects of collaboration commerce. This research focus on the following four framwork analysis:1.Process flow 2.Customer on-line product design 3.knowledge base of the product design and 4.The interface of CAD tool and design process. The studies through EPC system of enterprise to construct web based collaboration commerce system. We finished CRD engine design, setup program about changing product specifications and feedback learning about product attributes. Enterprise products collaboration commerce system could intergrate the information of company inside by PKM system, and rule out the useful products knowledge database, to satisfy the customer needs about products knowledge and to join the products design work in future, to come ture the morden enterprise products features about personal characteristics and global marketing. The studies combine the theory and practice about enterprise products collaboration commerce, apply into the products commerce system of empirical company, to offer the real world case study to system structures, design, analyzing and proving.
