From 11 out of 30 examples of 13 species of the microchiropterous bats collected at 10 localities in Taiwan between July 1999 and November 2000 by the second (M. Harada) and last authors (L.-K. Lin) and other colleagues, about one hundred trematodes were obtained and they were identified as: Plagiorchis koreanus, Pseudocryptotropa taiwanensis, Prosthodendrium urna, P. parvouterus, P. parallelorchus, Pycnoporus acetabulatus, Acanthatrium formosanum, and Renschetrema sandoshami. Nyctalus velutinus is newly recorded as a host bat.
