近年來民眾環保意識抬頭,廢棄物管理的議題也受到重視,台灣手機市場每年整體銷售量突破800萬支,近幾年手機產品不斷研發創新,手機汰換率日亦增高的情況下,造成數量龐大的廢棄手機,因手機中含有毒物質,若未妥善處理廢棄手機將會對環境與人體造成危害,且手機中含有貴重金屬,若能將如此大量的廢棄手機回收再利用,將會得到不小的效益。本研究之主旨在探討國內廢棄手機回收準則之議題,運用票選式層級分析法(VAHP)進行廢棄手機回收準則分析,探討國內外廢棄物回收之相關文獻,並發展VAHP問卷進行發放,建構手機回收評選方案。本研究主要目的如下:(1)整理國內手機消費者處理現況。(2)以票選式層級分析法,建構手機回收評選準則與權重。(3)藉由準則與權重發展手機回收評選方案。本研究結果發現如下:(1)民眾進行廢棄手機回收時,主要考量依序為:對有毒物質的認知、處理流程便利性、處理管道可接觸性、處理方案之揭露度及回收獎勵金。(2)運用VAHP架構五項主準則下共16項次準則,並計算其權重。(3)設計廢棄手機回收方案檢核表,並具以評選出適當的手機回收方案。 As the environmental issues are rising, the idea of waste management is getting much more public’s attention than the previous years. The selling volume of new mobile phone in Taiwan had exceeded eight million per year.In the situation of the higher depreation rate of mobile phone due to the consecutive researching developing, and innovation of mobile phone product, a huge amount of waste mobile phone has been produced. Considering the toxic substances in the mobile phone, it will be detrimental to the environment and human body if we failed to handle the waste mobile phone. On the other hand, mobile phone contain precious metals, and we can make a considerable profit by recycling such a hege amount of waste mobile phones.The primary intention of this research is on criterion and alternative evaluation of waste mobile phone via the utilization of voting analytic hierarchy process (VAHP). The recycling of waste related literature and the applications from several countries was collected and organized help to screen adequate criteria then developed VAHP Questionnaire. The evaluation process was then constructed based on the confirmed criteria. A systematic process was built to select an optimal recycle alternative. In short, the objectives of this research were as follows: (1) to assess the current operation of waste mobile phone in Taiwan, (2) to establich evaluation criteria of waste mobile phone recycling utilizing VAHP, and (3) to construct an evaluation form according to the set of criteria.The findings of this research are as follows: (1) Five main considerations in waste mobile phone recycling were knowledge of toxic materials in mobile phone, convenience of dealing process, contactability of disposal sites, exposing of alternative, and monetary incentives. (2) With the aid of VAHP, weight of each criterion was calculated to present the priority of criteria. (3) An evaluation form was constructed to select and optimal waste mobile phone recycling alternative.
