    Abstract: 公民教育是各民主國家所關注之議題,良好素養的公民是穩固民主政治重要的基礎,本文希望能藉由對於國中公民科教科書的分析,改變我國公民教育,希望比起專業知識,更加注重對於道德的陶冶以及判斷力的訓練,學生不只是未來的公民,更是國家未來的支柱與希望,公民教育所培育的公民,不僅僅是培育對其個人有益,更是要對國家社會有益。
    Civic education is the subject of concern to all democratic countries. Citizen is the basis for solid democracy. This paper aims to analyze current junior high school textbooks of civic education to seek implication in Taiwan. Compared to knowledge, moral and logical cultivation is more focused in this paper. Junior high students are not only citizens in the future, but also pillars of the country. The educated citizens would recognize individuals and contribute to societies and nations.
