    Abstract: 國小教師對高年級女生關係霸凌處置之探究摘要 國小高年級女生關係霸凌像漣漪效應,是一種群體效應,帶給班級不良的風氣,值得國小教師深思並妥善處理。本研究以質性研究法透過訪談六位高年級導師,探究國小高年級女生關係霸凌之認知及面對高年級女生關係霸凌採取的因應策略,以作為未來帶領高年級的導師,處理班級女生關係霸凌的建議。 本研結果發現,國小教師認為高年級女生關係霸凌之目的為尋找認同感和獲得權力,其霸凌表現方式為形成小團體、運用敵視與漠視、言語攻擊,而形成高年級女生關係霸凌的原因有個人因素、家庭因素和社會因素等三方面。國小教師認為高年級女生關係霸凌會使學生心理受傷,影響人際關係,降低上學的動機。國小教師面對高年級女生關係霸凌所採取的策略為尋求有經驗的人、利用良好的班級經營、運用輔導技巧來改善關係霸凌。除此之外,國小教師對處理女生關係霸凌的建議為培養學生良好的品德教育,營造良善的班級氣氛,冷靜處理與尋求資源。關鍵字:國小教師、國小高年級女生、霸凌、關係霸凌
    The Study of Elementary School Teachers Dealing with Female Relational BullyingAbstractThe relational bullying caused by elementary female students brings about unhealthy tendencies to classes. It becomes therefore an important issue, which all teachers need to deal with. By interviewing elementary homeroom teachers, this research aims to study the behavior of relational bullying, which focuses on 5th and 6th grade female students. This qualitative research is conducted with purposive sampling, and six elementary homeroom teachers are in-depth interviewed. Based on the above interviews, the content will be analyzed in a comprehensive way, giving conclusions and suggestion.From this research, elementary school teachers perception of the relational bullying , which happens on female higher elementary school students, can be concluded into four parts. First, the purpose of female relational bullying is to foster the sense of being part of the group and to gain the authority. Second, female relational bullying is intended to exclude certain classmates from small groups with hostility, indifference, and the use of violent languages. Besides, the reasons why female relational bullying is caused can be categorized into three factors: personal factors, family factors and social factors. Finally, relational bullying may affect psychological development and friendship. Moreover, it may also cause students drop out of school.To successfully deal with this issue, elementary school teachers are encouraged to seek help from experienced teachers. In addition, with effective class management, and practical guidance skills, the condition of female relational bullying can be improved. Most importantly, teachers should teach moral education, create friendly class atmosphere, cope with cases in a rational way and ask for more resources, so the problems could be solved.
