    Abstract: 臺灣位在環太平洋火山帶中,處於菲律賓海板塊與歐亞聚合邊界地震頻率活動非常高,影響國人居住安全問題歷年來重大災害頻傳其層面 不容小覷。本論文針對臺灣歷史地震資料進行分析研究, 運用中央氣象局歷史地震資料,結合R語言與Google Earth兩大資訊工具。在R語言中使用 Rcmdr套件 Bar plot、Frequency distributions、Dot plot、Scatterplot、Line-plot與 XY conditioning plot六大模式分析,並從中獲得地震頻率較高的區與縣市、央深度規模等 地震頻率關聯性等知識。我們並運用Google Earth 3D衛星定位,將過去臺灣所發生的震央點完整呈現,並將 臺灣34處斷層完整匯入與呈現,並將歷年來震央位置與斷層帶比對探討。從此本研究中發現臺灣地震央 多數發生在東部地區,且震央與斷層關聯性高。本論文之目的在於 針對臺灣地震 資料做研究分析,研究結果可供縣市政府之基礎建設參考,針對高風險區域加強防震措施,針對低風險區域做預防措施,強化地區民生之安全;在企業應用上亦可供 企業擴建資料中心之地區安全性評量依據 。希望本文研究資訊可供給政府、企業 決策參考並提供給國人一些參考資訊 。
    Taiwan is surrounded by the volcano area of Pacific Ocean and located in the boundary polymerization of the Philippine Sea plate and Eurasian plate. The high frequency of seismic activity is affecting on people's living and other security issues, frequent major disasters over the years, so its level of influence should not be underestimated. In this research, we used the historical earthquake data provided by the Central Weather Bureau and applied two information technologies: the R language and the Google Earth to analyze the seismic data. By using the Rcmdr Suite in R language, including Bar plot, Frequency distributions, Dot plot, Scatterplot, Line-plot XY conditioning plot, we have six pattern analysis, and derive the higher frequency seismic areas and counties, and the depth of earthquake, epicenter, scale, and earthquake frequency relevant knowledge were obtained. On the other hand, we use Google Earth 3D satellite positioning to present epicenter point completely and clearly import and show 34 faults and then compare and investigate the position of the epicenter and fault zones over the past years. This study found that the majority of Taiwan earthquake epicenter happened mostly in the east, and the correlation between the epicenter and the fault is high.In this thesis, we analyzed the seismic data of Taiwan, the results can be used accordingly to strengthen measures against high-risk areas for the government. To the enterprise application, it is also available for the safty assessment basis of business regional data center construction. we hope that the research results can be applied to the government, business decision making and to the people.
