本研究目的為：1.編制寄養父母需求評估工具2.呈現台灣當前寄養父母需求現況3.提供寄養單位服務之配套建議研究方法：本研究屬於量化之描述性研究，以問卷為研究工具，採取分層立意取樣，抽取我國21個縣市的寄養家庭主要照顧者進行施測，有效樣本數為297份，問卷回收率為87%，並使用統計分析得出研究結果。研究結果：1.問卷建構：經過因素分析形成5個因素，共42題題目之寄養父母「需求評估工具」，其Cronbach α值為.91，各因素負荷量介於0.53到0.82之間，問卷可解釋的總變異量為59.51%。5個因素分別為知能培訓、專業關係、社會網絡、自我肯定、情緒支持。2.寄養父母需求的5大面向，依需求程度由高到低排序為，「知能培訓」、「自我肯定」、「社會網絡」、「情緒支持」、「專業關係」。 The purpose of this study is to explore the need of foster parents and to develop “The Need of Foster Parents Questionnaire”, and describe the need of foster parents.This study is a quantificative research approach with questionnaire survey. With the stratified purposive sampling, 350 foster parents from two organizations in nineteen cities in Taiwan were invited as research participants. The questionnaire return-ratio is 87%. The results of this study are as follow:1.The questionnaire included 42 items and was evaluated by Cronbach’s alpha coefficients (0.909). The proportion of variability explained by the model is 59.51%. The model includes five factors, which are” training”,” relationship with social worker”, ”social network ”, “self-affirmative”, “emotional support ”, and the factor loading is between 0.53 and 0.82.2.Five needs of foster parents could be list according to the degree of their requirement: “training” , “self-affirmative” , “social network ” , “emotional support ” , ” relationship with social worker” .
