Abstract: | 金屬粉末是MIM金屬粉末射出成型的主要原料,本研究的目的在於探討MIM金屬粉末射出成型與金屬粉末間的連動關係,藉以MIM產業的蓬勃發展帶動金屬粉末的市場趨勢,進而分析該產業的經營策略及投資效益評估。 本研究先以MIM金屬粉末射出成型的市場概況作切入分析,包含全球產業分布、MIM技術相較傳統粉末冶金的差異,及製程分析。再行評估金屬粉末產業的發展趨勢,藉以白地市場理論,探討核心活動中引用關鍵資源及關鍵流程,帶給顧客價值主張滿足,達到高毛利、高收益之利潤公式。 以從事金屬買賣業的A公司為例,為維持企業獲利,企圖挑戰市場轉型。本研究得到以下結論與策略:1.鎖定MIM金屬粉末射出成型所需的金屬粉末生產做為新市場白地,MIM全球市場成長速度急遽攀升,強烈帶動更多的金屬粉末需求量,為該產業注入新商機。2.短期策略鎖定高產值、高成長率的消費性電子零件製造業作為銷售金屬粉末的主要標的產業。中長期則集中火力主攻精密機械零件製造業及汽車零組件製造業,雖不及消費性電子零件製造業的產值來的高,但其產品生命週期長、獲利穩定,減少企業獲利失衡的不確定性。3.因目前台灣金屬粉末生產者甚少,應利用先進者優勢,取得獲利先機。4.根據A公司投資效益評估預測:折現率6%,NPV為95,786千元,IRR:21.08%,折現還本期間需達5.68年。5.銷售價格乃決定獲利最主要的變動因子,其次是銷售量。但價格通常受到市場機制規範,故應當鎖定提高銷售量,以達獲利增加。 Metal powder is the main raw material of MIM (metal powder injection molding). The purpose of this study is to explore the linkage between MIM metal powder injection molding and metal powder. Under MIM industry development, through the increasing market in metal powder to analyze its operation strategy and assessment of investment benefit. In this study with a view to MIM (metal powder injection molding) to analysis the market, including the global industry distribution, differences between of MIM technology and Traditional powder metallurgy press molding, and process analysis. Furthermore, evaluate the development trend of the metal powder industry, discussed Core Competence of the Corporation, and applied the key resources and key processes in the theory of seizing the white space to make the profit formula of high margin and high yield to fulfill customer value proposition.For example, A company engaged in the buying and selling of metals. In order to maintain its profitability and attempts to challenge the market transformation, this study assists to obtain the following conclusions and strategies:1. Locking Metal Powder production for Injection Molding of MIM as a new seizing white space. Rapidly growth in global market of MIM, it drivers more demand for metal powder, and injecting new business opportunities into the industry.2. Short-term strategy to lock in high-yield, high growth rate of consumer electronics manufacturing as the main target of sales of metal powder industry. In the medium and long term, focused on the precision mechanical parts manufacturing and automotive components manufacturing, though not as good as the manufacturing output of consumer electronics products, but its product life cycle is long and profit stable.It could reduce the risk of profit uncertainty.3. At present, the shortage of metal powder producers in Taiwan, it will be the opportunity to get in this market.4. According to assessment of investment benefit of A company: discount rate: 6%, NPV is 95,786 thousand dollars, IRR is 21.08%, and the discounted payback period is expected to be 5.68 years.5. Sales price is the first priority element to determine the profit, followed by sales volume. However, the price is usually affected by the market mechanism. Therefore, increasing the profit needs to increase sales amount. |
