    摘要: 本論文以質性研究方式,企業文化與人才培育,以王品集團品田牧場幹部為例,依研究者自我經歷,從進入王品集團基層員工開始,接受職涯規劃訓練、企業文化薰陶,以回顧敘述方式呈現,在職涯發展過程中,學習發展與自我成長,並擔任到品田牧場決策幹部一職。研究者探討王品集團的企業文化及人才培育,藉由透過內部員工訪談〈蒐集在職與離職員工之觀點〉、媒體報導、網路反應等,以及結合正面、負面觀點,理念衝突的探討,最後研究者以自我解讀,正面及負面觀點反應出的機會點,思考及學習,提出個人的看法。關鍵字:企業文化、人才培育、王品集團
    Thesis abstract: In this thesis, qualitative research method was used for the study, and corporate culture and human resource development was the main focus of this study; meanwhile, the supervisors in Pinnada Inc. of Wowprime Corporation was taken as example. According to the author’s self-experience, this thesis was shown in reviewed and descriptive way from the very beginning of the author’s entrance into the Wowprime Corporation as the basic level employee, then the author has accepted career planning training, then the corporate culture inspiration, during the career development process, the author has learned self-development and self-growth, and has acted as the decision making supervisor of Pinnada Inc. In this study, corporate culture and human resource development were investigated through interview of internal colleagues (the view points from on-job and job-quitting colleagues), report by media and network response, etc. Meanwhile, view points from positive and negative sides were associated, and concept conflict was also investigated. Finally, self-explanation, and the opportunity point, thinking and learning reflected from positive and negative views were associated to propose personal view points.
