    Abstract: 豐田生產方式在1990年代末期的網際網路泡沫化後,再度受到矚目,已成爲全球公認的製造管理顯學。台灣工具機產業之精實變革,藉由第二次熱潮,自2006年後日漸普及。實際變革過程中雖M-Team聯盟等留下了不少成績,但許多變革成果不如預期,甚至有些廠商已失去當初導入目標。針對以上問題,已經有學者提出生產技術之重要性,但卻鮮少有人深入探討生產技術為何重要,以及如何導入。因此本研究試圖探討TPS實踐過程生產技術發揮什麼樣的功能作用,以及如何支援TPS實踐。本研究透過豐田汽車創建TPS的「組織能力」和生產技術的「整合功能」的文獻探討,發現實踐TPS過程生產技術發揮「標準化」、「慣例化」、「動態調適化」的附加動態能力作用,並透過這些作用使組織能力產生質變。在這個過程,生產技術發展了三種組織能力:「標準化能力」、「組織慣例化能力」、「動態調適化能力」,有效支援TPS的實踐。在實證研究階段,針對台日具代表性的4家企業進行深入訪談,以驗證及補足理論發展上的不足。本研究針對業界長期使用的生產技術概念,賦予理論性定義,釐清實踐TPS過程組織能力和生產技術力間的關聯性,並提出組織能力附加動態能力後產生質變的新概念,兼具理論性意涵和實務性價值。
    Toyota Production System has become a globally recognized once again, after the Dot-com bubble was brust in the late 1990s, and has accepted as manufacturing management. Since 2006, with the second trend of TPS, the TPS practice has become more popular in Taiwan machine tool industry. Although the M-Team Alliance had been left a lot of achievements in the actual practice, many of other machi tool maker’s results are not as expected, and even some makers have lost the original target. To response above problems, some scholars proposed the importance of production technology, but there is lack of discussed in depth discussion about why production technology is important and how to import it. Therefore, in this study aims to explore what kind of function that production technology has, in the TPS practice, and how to support them.Through the literature review about "organizational capabilities" by Toyota Motor’s TPS creation and "integration ability" by production technology, we found production technology exert "standardization", " routinization " and "dynamic adaptation" as a dynamic capability, it causes a qualitatively changing of organizational capabilities. In this process, production technology will develope three organizational capabilities: "standardization capabilities", "organizational routinization capabilities", and "dynamic adaptation capabilities" to effectively support the TPS practice. And through interviews with 4 representative companies in Taiwan and Japan, verified and complemented the lack of theoretical development.This study has both theoretical and practical values. First, gives a theoretical definition to the concept of production technology that has been used for a long time in the industry, and to clearly understand the relationship between organizational capability and production technology ability in the TPS practice. Second, also proposes a new concept of qualitative change of organizational capabilities, after dynamic capabilities was added.
