Abstract:	本研究旨在瞭解社會工作相關系所學生，打工、實習經驗之樣貌、效益，並瞭解學生就業意向及未來工作期待，再深入探討打工及實習效益是否影響學生就業意向。　　本研究透過多階段叢集抽樣，以全台社會工作相關系所大四學生為研究對象，選取9所社會工作相關系所，透過自編問卷進行調查，共發放413份問卷，有效問卷計396份。經過統計分析後，研究結果如下：一、近八成學生在大學期間有打工經驗，打工時薪平均數為151元；打工類型以學校或公家機關工讀生為最多；打工動機以賺取生活費及學費為最多；七成五學生打工經驗為非社會工作相關領域。打工效益以自我成長為最高，經濟與生活品質最低。二、九成學生有暑期實習經驗，實習以兒童及少年領域為最多；近八成學生肯定暑期實習經驗。實習效益以就業能力為最高，認同社會工作為最低。三、學生就業意向以準備證照、檢定或國家考試為最多；約六成學生有意願從事社會工作；優先選擇的社會工作領域為兒童及少年領域；薪資期待以3萬到3萬5千元為最多；選擇工作重要因素以薪資報酬合理為最多。四、學生的就讀動機及再就讀意願，與從事社會工作意願呈現顯著差異；實習效益之認識社會工作、認同社會工作、就業能力、就業意願，皆與從事社會工作意願呈現正相關。五、就讀動機、再就讀意願、月生活花費、實習效益之就業能力及就業意願，對從事社會工作呈現顯著影響，其中以再就讀意願具有最高的預測力。　　最後，本研究依前述結果進行討論，並針對相關建議，期待提供學生、學校、社會工作相關領域參考。關鍵字：打工、社會工作實習、就業意向　　The main purpose of this study is understanding the part-time work, practicum experience of students who study social work related major, students' expectations and if part-time work and internship effectiveness affect students’ employment intentions.　　This research implemented multi-stage cluster sampling and used senior students in social work related majors in Taiwan as research subjects. We picked 9 social work related departments and sent out 413 self-designed questionnaires. After analyzing 396 effective questionnaires, the research results are:1. Nearly 80 percent of college students work part-time works while in school. The average hourly wage is 151 NTD. Students mostly work in school or government organizations. Most students work part-time to earn their tuition and daily expenses. 75 percent of students have part-time works that are not related to social work. The highest part-time work effectiveness is self-improvement and the lowest is financial and life quality.2.90 percent of students have summer practicum experiences and the internship are mostly related with children and teenagers field. Nearly 80 percent of students gave positive feedback to their summer practicum experiences. The highest effectiveness of social work practice is employability and the lowest is social worker identity.3. Most students intend to prepare for license, test or national examination. Nearly 60 percent of students are willing to work in social work field and students tend to choose children and teenagers field in social work field. The most common salary expectation is 30000 to 35000 NTD. Most students think reasonable salary is an important factor of job selection.4. Motivations to study the major, re-choice of major, and willingness to work in social work field have major difference. Understanding and identifying social work through practicum, employability, and employment intentions all have positive relationship with willingness of working in social work field.5. Motivations to study the major, re-choice of major, monthly expenses, employability and employment intention have significant effect to working in social work field. Among all the factors, re-choice of major has highest predictability.　　Lastly, the research results offer references or helps to students, school, social work organizations.Key words: part-time work, social work practicum, employment intentions.
