Abstract:	這是一份一邊說著故事，一邊在整理對於遭受家內性侵害的女孩家外安置歷程。女孩們在成長的路上由於遭遇生命中重大創傷事件被迫移動住所，身處原生家庭之外，與家人關係上產生斷裂；如此的一個「被決定」經驗，緊扣著台灣家庭暴力與性侵害防治工作的標準化流程，制度結構創造了「替代性的家庭」，目的是為了能給遭受家庭內暴力與創傷的女孩一個穩定生活、重新恢復人我關係的場域。透過安置家園所提供身、心、靈的照顧，讓女孩們在安置家園中，有機會重建關係，而這樣的工作內涵是極為細緻且流動的，以實證主義的研究取向並無法完整地呈現出其豐富的樣態。因此，本研究才採用了自傳式民族誌的研究取向，對安置家園實務現場所發生事件，以及所觀察的現象進行深厚的描述並理解其意義。透過這個研究方法，將研究者與這些女孩們之間生命的交流的經驗、感受與思考進行記錄與分析，來了解女孩們在安置家園中是如何從分離的破碎中再次建立起較好的人我關係。在研究的結論中，研究者看見在家外安置的家園工作中，工作者與個案不單只是助人者與個案之間的關係，而是一份跨血緣的關係，因為家園24小時的運作著並非單靠行政與財力，家園能夠不停的運轉是因為人與人之間的情感流動，以至於關係能夠建立，同時將這個新的關係建立之經驗，帶著女孩走進自己的原生家庭。 This is a story while talking about the girl who has suffered sexual abuse at home. Then experience the process of resettlement outside the home.Girls have to move their homes because of major traumatic events. Can't live at home, lose contact with family. Leaving the family is "decided", because of the Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Prevention Act, system and structure have been produced「halfway house」. The purpose is to give the traumatized girl a stable life, a place to restore the relationship between people.Give care to the body and mind, Can re-establish relationship, this is a very exciting job, And very special work, It is impossible to present richness with positivism orientation.So, the orientation of autobiographical ethnography in this study, the event that actually happened and observed phenomena, give description and understanding. Through this research orientation, record the interaction between social workers and girls, as well as the feelings and ideas, understand how girls build relationships again.At the end of the study, researchers have seen the work of halfway house , workers and cases are not just the relationship between helpers and cases, is like a relationship between family members, because 24hours work requires not only administration and money, but also the love of people, in order to build relationships. With good experience in building relationships, girls can go home one more time.
